He has been head of GL Hearn's Building Consultancy team for over eight years. He originally gained commercial building surveying experience advising on technical due diligence, dilapidations and other general building surveying; since 2000 Paul has specialised in neighbourly matters, specifically right to light, daylight and sunlight amenity, party wall advice and negotiating access agreements. He has a proven track record in providing pro-active, commercial advice which is highly regarded by our clients. He is a regular speaker at CPD and other industry training events and writes regularly for the RICS journals.
